DKC is looking for a Account Supervisor with 5-7 years of experience working in healthcare, B2B or public affairs to join our amazing team. This position would work with a range of clients, including B2B, healthcare - including the business of health, medical, B2B health entities, policy – and non-profits.
We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong media contacts, a proven track record in media relations, extensive experience in client relations, excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail. This individual should also have experience connecting clients to relevant high profile conferences. The candidate will be comfortable working on teams in a shifting, fast-paced environment, and will be a creative problem-solver able to navigate an ever-changing media landscape.
The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team are asked to adapt quickly to a changing media landscape while working with reporters, bloggers, producers and content creators on across numerous beats/topic areas. No two days are the same, and we like it that way.
The team is energetic, hardworking, and collaborative. We work closely with DKC’s other groups, including Sports, Public Affairs, Media Tech, Entertainment, Hospitality, Data/Analytics, and our creative shop, HangarFour. Now, a little about you:
• Smart, energetic, savvy professional with sophisticated media relations expertise, creative thinking and digital experience
• 5-8 years’ experience in public relations and integrated communications in relevant sectors, including Healthcare, B2B, Public Affairs and Non-Profit.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic communications programs with storytelling through major media at the core.
• Deep relationships at national and local media outlets, and an understanding of relevant podcasts and online platforms
• Aptitude for content creation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has the motivation and attitude to mentor junior staff
• Able to foster new and significant media and industry relationships, while maintaining relationships with key media
• Excellent writing skills
• Willingness to network outside of the office.
• Relentless attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing a sense of urgency to the task at hand
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service, providing both strategic counsel and hands-on results
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be a part of team

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Workers Compensation Case Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening in NYC for a company with a mission focused on helping injured workers recover faster and return to work safely through coordinated, clinically appropriate care. You'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. You'll act as the central point of coordination, connecting the injured worker, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management.
Daily Responsibilities for Workers Compensation Case Manager / Registered Nurse:
• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers
• Attend appointments with the injured workers, which may include visiting employers and injured workers at their place of employment
Required Qualifications for Workers Compensation Case Manager / Registered Nurse:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1+ years of field-based nursing experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments
