Our rewarding role is well suited for applicants with experience/exposure to workers compensation claim management, Return to Work (RTW) or customer service backgrounds. You are a people person with strong communication & relationship skills with a passion for helping others.

As a Workers Compensation Specialist, your important role includes collaborating with our clients, insurance case managers, allied health professionals & other key stakeholders to help injured workers return to work following injury.

Your new role

Provide workers compensation claims advice & support

Liaison with key stakeholders including; employers, workers, case managers, doctors, rehab consultants, etc.

Injury prevention & management, claims reviews

Client relationship management & related tasks

Daily tasks include; calls, emails, arranging appointments, document & report preparation, updating client files, systems, etc.

About you

Relevant experience and/or qualification

Strong communication & relationship skills

Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to multitask

Customer-focused with a proactive can-do mindset

Strong organisational skills & priority management

Windows, Microsoft Office & AndroidHR / WHS exposure is well-regarded yet not essential
