The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Workforce Coordinator to join the Marvel Stadium team on a full time basis.

As the Workforce Coordinator you will be involved in the direct contact, rostering and confirming of all casual hospitality employees working at the Marvel Stadium. As well as the day to day rostering of events throughout the year, a large focus will be on the successful delivery of sporting events and various concerts.

What will you do?

Ensure our database of casual employees are rostered on to meet the needs of the year round functions, conferences, and events

Build internal relationships across all levels

Utilise and understand the software rostering system - Humanforce

Make alterations to rosters in line with management direction to ensure effective staffing models based on crowd predictions and forecasts

Assist with match/event-day check in process during events throughout the year

More about you

Strong administration skills and computer proficiency

Exceptional attention to detail

Exposure to building rosters - favourable but not essential

High level organisation and time management skills

The ability to think on your feet and forward plan

Proven problem solving expertise

Strong relationship management

Availability to work across 7 days when required, including some public holidays
