Profile / Designation - Workforce management (WFM)
Location - Jaipur
Industry - BPO/ KPO
Salary - upto 12LPA (1Lac per month)
Experience - Min. 7yrs (Relevant exp.)
Notice Period - Imm. / 15Days
Working Shift - Rotational
Job Responsibilities:
1) Knowledge of MS PowerBI, Tableau, SQL etc.
2) Knowledge of any industry based WFM Tool .
3) Coordinating and managing training at Vendor locations.
4 Managing and meeting desired targets for Throughput, Quality & AHT for new hire, cross skill and refresher trainings.
5) Creating & Updating training manual periodically.
6) Periodic review for training material and implement changes basis volume fluctuation.
