The Role
Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that drive real business impact? Pepperstone is seeking a Workforce Performance & Data Analyst to elevate how we measure, understand and optimise workforce productivity across our global operations. Join us on a fixed term basis for 6 to 12 months with flexibility to work part-time if preferred.
This role exists to drive visibility of performance data across the company and translate insights into actions that improve workforce productivity, efficiency and decision-making. By combining advanced data analytics with an understanding of workforce dynamics, you’ll ensure leaders at all levels can make informed, timely and commercially impactful decisions.
As our Workforce Performance & Data Analyst, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Design and optimise dashboards, productivity models and reporting tools.
Analyse trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
Resolve data discrepancies and deliver insights aligned to business priorities.
Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, Finance and Legal & Compliance.
Translate workforce challenges into clear solutions and lead process improvements.
Deliver projects from small enhancements to large-scale systems.
Ensure compliance with privacy, data and security standards.
About You
4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: performance and productivity analytics, workforce data insights, dashboard/reporting development, process improvement and optimisation or hybrid/remote productivity measurement.
Proven ability to deliver insights that influence business decisions.
Experience in global, matrixed organisations (fintech/financial services a plus).
Skilled in SQL, Excel, Tableau (or similar BI tools).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinker, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously across time zones
