Job Description
RCVPL is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join its Client Services team. This role is responsible for planning global workforce management scheduling and real-time monitoring of customer inquiries through an incoming request queue. In addition, this key role is responsible for analyzing and leveraging historical trends and projections to make recommendations on resource allocations and proactively identifying service gaps. The resource will be required to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Roles and Responsibilities
Forecasting the requirement of Support/Casual Workers and effectively managing the roster.
Attend day-to-day rescheduling to cover unexpected changes in staff availability including sick leave, personal leave, and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements.
Respond to inquiries from Casual Workers in relation to rosters, capturing changes to the roster.
Identify issues for quality improvement.
Optimizes breaks the day of or the day before the actual schedule.
Provide accurate and complete data, information, and reports in relation to rostering as requested.
Audit time sheets for payroll processing.
Adherence to all Policies, Procedures, and the Overarching Principles.
Handle team efficiently.
Develop processes and best practices for managing the workforce.
