Job Description
About the opportunity
You will work in a team to plan and allocate shifts to your 1300+ colleagues across all SkyCity portfolios. You will also support your colleagues with their rosters when necessary. You will ensure your rosters are in line with our Enterprise Agreement and you will work hard to ensure they are posted well in advance. While the role is primarily a Monday-Friday position, there may be an occasional weekend or Public Holiday shift required
About you
You will be a true team player, your communication skills will be second to none and you will possess exceptional customer service skills. You will be confident working your way around an electronic rostering system (Kronos/Virtual Roster) and have an ability to interpret relevant Acts and Agreements. If you have experience scheduling in a similar environment and have rostered employees in accordance with Enterprise Agreements, we definitely want to hear from you.
