Role: Working Capital RM Business Banking

Job Purpose:

Acquire relationship with ticket size from Rs 50 lacs to Rs 25 crores, Manage relationship from log in to credit processing to limit setting and post disbursement servicing for 12 months and then smooth handing over of the clients to Portfolio Manager. Primary responsibility is to grow the asset book size basis assigned targets and work on revenue target achievment.Enhance wallet share by focusing on cross sell pertaining to Insurance,Trade,FX and Self funding. Work with Branches on beat system and generate business and also work closely with Industry and Trade associations. Ensure portfolio hygiene is maintained by focussing on NPA and SMA control. Need to put up basic CAM and have to do credit profile assessment and understand business working models of clients. All credit related compliance has to be maintained and norms need to be adhered to. Additionally need to focus on LAP asset book growth basis assigned targets by working with stake holders

Functional Responsibilities:

Sourcing

Ø Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

Ø Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for banking requirements

Ø Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers

Ø Periodically visit existing customers and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell

Ø Participate in product promotion events organized in partnership with key industry stake holders

Ø Respond to loan requests received through external channels – Financial Advisory service providers, Chartered Accountants, etc.

Credit Underwriting & Credit Rating

Ø Collect KYC documents, financial statements and other collateral related documents from borrowers

Ø Conduct borrower and collateral de-dupe checks in the system

Ø Coordinate with credit analysts and complete minimum eligibility checks

Ø Conduct personal discussions, perform secondary research & prepare market study reports

Ø Analyze financial statements and credit score applications Pre and Post disbursement

Ø Coordinate with borrower to accept the sanction letter complete signing of loan agreement and T&C documents

Ø Coordinate with Credit Admin team for completing compliance checks before disbursement of credit facility

Ø Coordinate with Central Operations team for account opening

Ø Monitoring of the account post disbursal

Ø Ensure compliance with sanction terms

Product

Ø Assist Product Team in new product launches by conducting market studies

Ø Conduct marketing activities to promote new products launched

Ø Any other tasks assigned by the bank.
