Role Description :-
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Working Partner at H3 Preschool in Mehsana , with flexibility for some remote work. The Working Partner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing the curriculum, managing staff, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Collaboration with the Anand Niketan Group will be key to ensuring high-quality education and holistic development.
Qualifications:-
• Experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and staff management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of educational best practices and child development principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
