Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Workplace Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to various teams within the organization.

Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.

Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when necessary.

Office Supplies and Inventory Management:

Order and maintain stock levels of stationery and pantry supplies.

Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment.

Monitor and track expenses related to office supplies procurement.

Meeting Room Management:

Assist with the preparation and setup of meeting rooms.

Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.

Conduct regular checks to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use.

Soft Services Maintenance:

Oversee soft services such as cleanliness and maintenance of office facilities.

Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.

Experience with coordinating events or meetings.
