Workplace Design Leader
We are seeking highly skilled Architects & Interior Designers with a passion for innovative design. In this role, you will collaborate with our design team on various workplace projects, creating impactful experiences that make a lasting impression.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, both individually and as part of a team. Your technical proficiency and ability to work creatively will be essential in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.
Key qualifications include:
• A Bachelor of Architecture or 3-year Diploma in Interior Design from a prestigious institution
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in workplace design, preferably in luxury multidisciplinary spaces
• Strong knowledge of the design process, including MEP, furniture systems, color, and materials
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills and ability to communicate design ideas effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
In addition to these skills, we require proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp, with 3-D Studio Max being an added advantage.
