Innovatecture is looking for talented and innovative Workplace Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and collaborative workspaces that align with the company’s culture, needs, and vision. The Workplace Designer will collaborate with various teams, including architects, interior designers, and 3d visualizers, to create environments that foster productivity, well-being, and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop workplace layouts that support company culture, productivity, and employee well-being.
• Conduct space planning and programming, ensuring efficient and effective use of space.
• Create mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings for new and existing office spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors on project timelines, budgets, and implementation.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions for workplace design.
• Analyze employee feedback and space utilization data to refine and optimize workspace configurations.
• Develop and present design proposals to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards in designs.
• Lead or coordinate the execution of workplace design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Provide guidance on furniture, lighting, color schemes, and materials that align with the design vision.
• Ensure the workspace design aligns with the company’s sustainability and environmental goals, where applicable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Interior Design projects
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office, Sketchup and Photoshop.
