This position is varied and at times hands on. There will be a requirement to interface with members from all levels of the organisation and the public. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service to meet the on-site client’s expectations
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.
Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon Health and Safety compliant.
Manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment
Provide support to the Facilities Manager for all initiatives, process implementation, reports and project related matters when required.
Proactively support daily Reception Operations, and set ups for client events.
Assist with coordinating moves and changes in the office space.
Manage Google’s Ticketing System requests - Focal point for day-to-day operational activities
Proactively manage meeting room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for all requesters.
Assist with the monitoring of Planned Preventative Maintenance (soft services) programme and ensure vendors perform and carry out all services as per schedule.
Key Skills
A strong communicator with good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels and support staff
Employee Specification
Minimum two years' experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Hospitality preferred
Demonstrated broad range of relevant experience
