Job Responsibilities:
• Works with/across global/regional/ local IT teams by consulting with more senior level team members. Provides intermediate consulting for responsible services.
• Plan, document & implement system changes. Perform reporting against their area of support.
• Monitor, debug & install third party software, systems or databases. Incumbent may be required to do intermediate configuration or system modifications to those tools.
• Participates as team member on medium/large projects. Provides technical leadership for small project teams.
• Participate in an Emergency On-Call Rotation for after-hours & weekend support. Flexible schedules & 24/7 support availability (generally scheduled in advanced) may be required as necessary to support the technical needs of our customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or other related courses
• A year or more of relevant technical IT experience or graduate of the ITDP 2 year program
• Can convey complex & technical issues to diverse audiences, orally & written, in a manner that is easily understood.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Ability to apply different strategies to convince others to changer their opinion or plan & wins support from others for ideas.
• Intermediate level of technical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of client hardware, software technology & integration.
