Workshop Manager | Mercedes-Benz Sydney
Mercedes-Benz Sydney are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations in our busy workshop. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Workshop Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of work, maintaining high-quality standards, and compliance with policies and procedures.
About the role:
Supervise and lead a team of technicians
Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
Ensure high-quality workmanship as per the Manufacturers guidelines
Oversee service and repair operations
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety

About you:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles or experience within the Premium sector highly regarded
A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
Automotive qualifications & current driver’s licence
