Now, we’re looking for a hands-on State Operations Leader to take ownership of our South Australian base, locatedat our Regency Park support centre, and help drive the next stage of growth.

The Role
This is a true end-to-end operations role. You’ll be responsible for how SA runs day-to-day — from technicians in the field to vehicles, warehouse stock, and customer outcomes.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and helping the team perform at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting our SA technicians, including performance management where needed
Recruiting, onboarding and retaining great people
Scheduling jobs and managing stock to keep operations running smoothly
Reviewing, improving and streamlining processes (we love smart ideas)
Working closely with the National Operations Manager to keep things consistent nationwide
Partnering with the Customer Experience team to resolve escalated issues
Building a strong, positive team culture
Promoting our safety-first mindset, brand values and high standards
About You
