Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring platinum-level engineering expertise, a passion for writing exceptional code, and a collaborative approach to solving complex technical challenges.
You'll be building high-performance, event-driven services from the ground up using the .NET ecosystem, working with modern architectural patterns, cloud-native technologies, and championing Test-Driven Development across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with demonstrated mastery of complex problem-solving
-Expert-level .NET skills with deep knowledge of asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and modern framework features
-Proven experience designing and building microservices and event-driven architectures
-Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar)
-Strong command of Docker and Kubernetes for production deployments
-Professional experience deploying and managing applications on Azure
-Strong SQL database expertise (Preferred is MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
-Deep commitment to Test-Driven Development and quality-first engineering
Nice-to-Have
-Professional experience with MongoDB or other document databases (MongoDB Atlas is a significant plus)
