Assists in implementing Distributed Learning and resident programs using Blackboard and other automated systems

Maintains and manages learning material distributed by automated systems such as Blackboard, ATRRS SharePoint, and the Army Training Network

Develops checklists and quick guides for use as instructional aids

Review regulations, policies, and procedures of training development
