Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized services to job seekers by crafting resumes, cover letters, and related products that help them accelerate their job search.
Responsibilities:
• Resume and Cover Letter Creation: Develop high-quality resumes, cover letters, and related products for job seekers, incorporating relevant industry terminology and content.
• Client Interaction: Serve as an independent account manager, engaging with assigned clients from gathering requirements to writing the resume and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Communication: Engage with clients across various industries through teleconferencing and email, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
• Consultative Approach: Utilize a consultative method to interact with clients, assess their profiles, provide suggestions, and resolve queries.
• Client Servicing: Dedicate approximately 50% of time to discussions and 50% to writing, prioritizing client servicing and delivering top-tier services.
• Quality Standards: Adhere to quality standards, including format, content, grammar, factual accuracy, and value addition to produce error-free documents.
• Industry Terminology: Leverage relevant content and industry-specific language while detailing the client's qualifications, skills, education, and job history.
• Compliance: Follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal norms, and process benchmarks to deliver exceptional services to valued customers.
• Target Achievement: Commit to achieving fortnightly and monthly targets, driving business growth and success.
