About the Role:
We’re looking for a mid-level Writer + Strategist who can help shape and amplify the personal brand of LXME’s Founder. You’ll work closely with her to craft content that’s authentic, thought-provoking, and resonates deeply with women who are building their financial journeys.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and execute a personal branding strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Write compelling thought leadership content, posts, speeches, and video scripts that reflect the founder’s voice and values.
• Conceptualize campaigns, collaborations, and storytelling themes that humanize finance and leadership.
• Track trends and insights to help position the founder as a relevant voice in women’s finance, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
• Collaborate with the design and video teams for cohesive content execution.
Who You Are:
• 3-5 years of experience in content writing, brand storytelling, or communications strategy, preferably for CXOs, founders, or influencers.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience psychology.
• Excellent writing skills with a flair for conversational, thought-led content.
• Passionate about women’s empowerment, leadership, and financial literacy.
• Based in Mumbai and open to working from office.
