Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reducing the Operational Loss
• Responsible for handling customer complaints
• Ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer centric clear transactions (non-rejection cases)
• Responsible for the Business Continuity Practices and further expansion of processing of new products
• Ensure error-free compliance of transactions including SFMS and RTGS, NEFT payments, Reduction in rejections.
The candidate will be responsible for performing operations and tasks relating to issuance of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit & Documents under LC in the most effective and efficient manner. The candidate would be responsible for monitoring the flow of transactions and ensuring processing of transactions within defined TAT resulting in highest level of customer service quality. The candidate will also be responsible for complying with Internal and regulatory guidelines and ensuring that all related financial and Operational Risks are mitigated.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Legal terms and terminology
