Job Title: MDM Developer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MDM Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) systems, particularly in Informatica MDM. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development and have hands-on experience integrating MDM systems with platforms such as Salesforce and Dun & Bradstreet (DNB). The role requires expertise in real-time data integration, both inbound and outbound, to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- MDM System Integration:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Informatica MDM and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Manage the integration between MDM systems and DNB, facilitating accurate and real-time business data exchange.
- Develop, test, and deploy real-time integration solutions for inbound and outbound data flows in MDM environments.
- Full-Stack Development:
- Utilize full-stack development skills to build and maintain custom applications that enhance MDM functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system architecture, and implement scalable MDM solutions.
- Ensure the integration solutions are optimized for performance and security, adhering to industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on MDM integration and full-stack development.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts for MDM-related integrations.
- Document technical specifications, integration processes, and system configurations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on MDM systems, particularly Informatica MDM.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce integration with MDM systems.
- Hands-on experience with MDM to DNB integration.
- Expertise in real-time data integration, both inbound and outbound.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to full-stack development (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.

- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Familiarity with data security standards and practices.
