Introduction :
- Oracle Change DBA-Lead is part of the team that delivers top quality, security compliant new Oracle databases for different business lines
- The DBA is expected to possess strong technical knowledge and help business lines make wise choices in their database requirements.

- Oracle DBA core admin skills and technical competency
- DBA administration skills
- Stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
What skill we required
- Oracle DBA with core admin skills and hands-on
- Oracle RAC experience / hands-on is a must, sound technical knowledge of RAC technology
- Oracle dataguard experience is a must, very good understanding of Oracle dataguard
- Must know Oracle backup and recovery scenarios, RMAN techniques
- Oracle database migration
- Good to have Oracle Golden Gate knowledge
- PDB Cloning, Snapshot cloning, Storage cloning
