KeyResponsibilities :
Interview Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers ensuring availability and timely communication.
Candidate Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout therecruitment process providing updates and answeringqueries.
JobPosting : Assist in posting job descriptions onvarious job boards and company platforms to attract qualifiedcandidates.
DocumentManagement : Handle the collection and organizationof candidate documents including resumes cover letters andapplication forms.
OnboardingSupport : Assist in the onboarding process bycoordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork andpreemployment checks are completed.
Data Entry : Maintain accuraterecords of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system(ATS) and other HR databases.
Reporting : Generate andmaintain reports on recruitment metrics providing insights to therecruitment and HR teams.
EventCoordination : Assist in organizing recruitmentevents such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Compliance : Ensure allrecruitment activities comply with legal and regulatoryrequirements.
Collaboration : Work closelywith recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth andefficient recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordinationprocesses and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
- Strongorganizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- High attention to detail andaccuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office andexperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information withconfidentiality.
- Strong timemanagement skillsand ability to work under pressure.
