Role: Tech Support Engineer
Location: PAN India, Hybrid – Should be willing to work 1 or 2 days a month at Bangalore.
Working hours: 12:00PM – 04:00PM IST & 08:00PM to 12:00AM IST
The Opportunity:
Looking for a support engineer with rudimentary coding skills (JS, Python) and exceptional communication abilities to help us launch new courses, interface with business teams, and perform manual QA activities.
Responsibilities:
● Own all course launches we do (manual QA).
● Document feature behaviour, commonly occurring issues, and train the operations team on product usage.
● Own simple recurring admin activities such as assignment of permissions to specific database tables to team members.
● Escalate issues in a timely manner.
● an exceptional communicator, with good writing abilities, and are reliable.
● open to working across time zones (4 hours during IST, 4 hours during PST).
● are familiar with the basics of programming and SQL.

● Familiarity with code (MySQL, JS, Python).
● Communication and writing abilities.
● Reliability. Good to have
● Good programming skills.
● Exposure to manual QA.
● Exposure to technical writing.
● Stakeholder alignment ability for complex problems.
Expectations On a daily basis, you would typically be involved with the following activities:
1. Manual QA for multiple course launches that requires collaboration across time zones.
2. Simple admin tasks.
3. Writing product usage documentation and training business on it.
4. Debugging simple bugs to fix configuration errors or find the root cause
