Position Title: Executive – Front Desk Work Location: Head office – Lower Parel Position Summary: Responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing phone and email communications, and supporting office operations. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel. Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Office Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and liaise with service providers for repairs. Ensure the security of the office by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs. Support event planning and coordination for company events or meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors. Preferred Experience & Qualification: Bachelor's degree. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Front Desk Executive, receptionist role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
