Xfinity Comcast Internet: Authorized Field Agent (W-2 + Performance Base)

Job Title: EXPERIENCED D2D Sales Reps - $500/wk Base + Top Commissions
Location: SE Houston TX Area (Territory Provided)
Employment Type: W2 + Commission
STOP: Read before applying. This is Door-to-Door (D2D) residential sales. We are only hiring agents with a proven track record in the field. If you have never done D2D, please do not apply.
The Pay Structure:
Guaranteed Base: $250 - $500 per week.
How it works: Hit your minimum door-knocks and basic sales targets to lock in the $500 weekly base.
The Upside: Uncapped commissions on every Xfinity/Comcast sale.
The Math: At a 30-hour week, your base alone is roughly $16.60/hr, plus your commissions ($500 to $1500+ weekly)
The Reality:
Week 1: Training and territory launch.
Week 2: You must be producing. We have a high-volume territory and need closers. This is a simple One Call Close with no credit check and a great offer. If you can't close a minimum of 1 sale per day on average, this isn't the right job.
Schedule: 30–36 hours per week (Prime afternoon/evening hours).
Requirements:
MUST have 1+ years of D2D experience (Telecom, Solar, Security, Energy, etc.).
Bilingual a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work Monday – Saturday (Rotational).
Reliable transportation to get to your assigned territory.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Authorized Agent, you are the face of Xfinity. You will represent a Top 3 Global Brand, selling the latest products and services with special offers and promotions that are not available online—customers can only receive these through our channel.
UNBEATABLE COMPENSATION & BONUSES:
Expected Weekly Earnings: $1,100 – $2,000+ Per Week (Base + Commission).
Weekly Pay: Get paid every week via Direct Deposit through OnPay.
Guaranteed Weekly Base: $250.00 (Standard 30-hour weekly average).
Performance Base Multiplier: Hit your minimum weekly goals, and your base DOUBLES to $500.00 for the week.
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS: Paid out monthly over your first 4 months as you hit your targets.
Vehicle Reimbursement: Up to $250.00/month.
$50 flat weekly reimbursement for gas/vehicle.
$50 monthly bonus if weekly goals are hit for all 4 weeks.
Uncapped Commissions: Earn big on three different speed levels with scaling commission tiers.
