Enterprise Architect Summary We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Architect to support the alignment of our information technology solutions with key business objectives. This role involves working with Business Support, Technology, Governance, and Finance teams to help ensure that IT initiatives effectively address organizational needs. The successful candidate will develop their skills across multiple architecture domains, including Business, Application, Technical, and Data Architecture, contributing to well-rounded solutions. You will assist in promoting enterprise architecture principles and will work collaboratively with various stakeholders and project teams under the guidance of senior architecture staff. Responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of enterprise architecture components based on business requirements and IT strategies. Assist in analyzing enterprise business drivers, market trends, and technology industry changes to inform architectural development. Support the execution of gap analyses between current state and future requirements for projects. Help communicate the Enterprise Architecture process, its outcomes, and results within the organization. Support the application of governing principles to guide architectural decision-making. Assist in maintaining the implementation plan and refinement activities for the Enterprise Architecture. Consult with project and domain teams to help align projects with the enterprise architecture and identify necessary adjustments. Support the identification of organizational requirements for resources and changes needed to support the Enterprise Architecture. Create and maintain clear documentation for architecture design and analysis work. Liaise with project teams and support technical advisory processes as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.) Relevant experience (typically 3-5+ years) in IT, with exposure to enterprise or solution architecture concepts and practices across multiple domains. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is desirable. Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and governance. Experience in supporting IT strategy and roadmap development is an advantage. Skills & Experience Growing knowledge across multiple architecture domains: Business, Application/Solution, Technical/Infrastructure, and Information/Data. Ability to understand and help align IT solutions with business objectives. Good analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience in supporting the application of enterprise architecture standards and processes. Eagerness to learn, develop architectural skills, and work collaboratively within a team structure. Awareness of current technology trends and their potential business impact.
