As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

XR Game Developer with strong experience in AR and VR tools and technologies. Should have experience in creating games and scripting AR and VR applications from scratch.
Activities to be performed :
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather information and develop the artworks
• Create High-level Design Document
• Work as an individual or as a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly with the client
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team
• Apply tested market best practices, tools and techniques
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Maintain project documentation and plan
• Support the project development team
• Apply agile working practices within the team to support efficiencies with real time development (that work with onshore or offshore team members) with the support of the Leads
• Have extensive practical experience in working with games and interactive experiences that involve multiple stakeholders and complex planning and development.
• Have a strong eye for detail in reviewing.
• Knowledge in XR/ Metaverse interactions and development
• Experience in creating 3d assets for AR and VR experiences preferred
Level of experience: 5-7 years
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above, specialisation in game design and development preferred
Knowledge of Technology:
Tools (primary)–
• Unity and Unreal Engine
• Proficient with the following languages - C#, C++, Blueprints
• Proficient with Javascript frameworks and libraries such as React, ThreeJS, NodeJS
• Experience with services like Azure, Firebase, Unity gaming services, Epic online services etc
• Experience with version control systems like Plastic SCM, Git, Bitbucket
• Experience with developing WebAR experiences using tools like Zappar, 8thWall etc or from scratch with Javascript frameworks and libraries
Industry experience: 5-7 years in 3D design, game design, production.
Technical capability:
• 3+ years of experience using both Unity and Unreal engine to create XR (AR and VR) applications
• 3+ years of experience developing AR and VR applications for a wide range of PC VR, Standalone VR, Head mounted AR and Handheld AR devices
• Proficient with the following languages - C#, C++, Blueprints
• Proficient with Javascript frameworks and libraries such as React, ThreeJS, NodeJS
• Experience developing multiplayer AR or VR applications using Unity or Unreal engine with built in or 3rd party multiplayer plugins
• Experience developing tools and templates for Unity or Unreal
• Working cross functional knowledge of complete 3d pipeline
• Experience optimizing applications for both CPU and GPU bound bottlenecks for Standalone devices like Quest. Experience with profiling tools like RenderDoc
• Experience with services like Azure, Firebase, Unity gaming services, Epic online services etc
• Experience with version control systems like Plastic SCM, Git, Bitbucket
• Experience with developing WebAR experiences using tools like Zappar, 8thWall etc or from scratch with Javascript frameworks and libraries
• Open to learn new tools and technologies and being tool and technology agnostic
Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the latest technologies, XR and Metaverse space, Web 3.0 and related upcoming technologies.
