Job Description
Our company is seeking to hire 2 to 3 years experienced yardi developers to help with the development of our current projects.You will be responsible for defining and delivering Yardi application administration and enhancements, support, and possible crossover projects with other web applications. The position calls for strong application programming and database skills. Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager, software concepts, DB schema, SQL, YSR, Report Scheduler, SSRS, and other applicable tools are a plus. Experience working within the property management, real estate, accounting, or other technical industries is also highly desired.
Responsibilities:
Should have experience in Database and Business Intelligence Technologies with expertise on ETL process, Reporting and Process Automation using SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS.
Should have strong experience in Yardi data migration (ETL and Import Scripts) and reporting technologies (YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics and SQL Reporting).
Should be experienced in Process Automation using Task Scheduler and Report Scheduler.
Should be experienced in major Yardi modules and complete Data Migration process.
Should be experienced in Creating Tables, Views, Triggers, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions and other T- SQL statements for various applications.
Should be expertised in Yardi Voyager, ASP.Net, C#.Net and Web Application development and design.
Supports existing software application to cover incident management, problem management, and release management.
Maintains Essex’s IT SDLC standards
Skills:
Experience in Yardi application development, administration and support
Working knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts including heavy experience with Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes
Report development experience with Yardi scripting engine and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Computer science or information systems related preferred. Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
