Job Description
The role will be to actively support deal origination and execution for varied sectors. The incumbent is expected to assist deal managers/ sector leaders in market research, sector coverage, pitch preparation, sell side/ buy side deal execution, coordination with funds and strategic investors, deal closure activities etc.Specific Role Responsibilities / Core Duties :
• Preparation of deliverables including Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet etc..
• Responsible for active relationships with Clients
• Working relationship with potential VCs, PE Funds, Strategic Investors
• Preparation of deal tracker and MIS maintenance for review
