Purpose: The Young Adults Discipleship Director is a support position to the Young Adults Pastor at the
campus level.
The Victory Young Adults ministry is devoted to leading young adults between 18-30 years old into a thriving
community of discipleship to Jesus. Staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with young adults during
weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities by teaching truth through God's Word and being
culturally relevant.
The Young Adults Discipleship Director will be, in part, responsible for the leadership and execution of
