Job Description
We are seeking devoted married couples to become Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this meaningful role, you and your partner will live in on-campus student homes, providing the essential care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students. As Flex Houseparents, you will create a nurturing, structured environment that is vital to the academic, emotional, and social growth of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentoring and supervising students daily
• Managing household routines and student schedules efficiently
• Administering medications and ensuring overall student wellness
• Transporting students to activities, and actively engaging in fun and developmental recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel with students
• Overseeing budgeting and reporting for the household
Upon hire, you will initially support various student homes with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. During the weekdays while students are in school, you will have unscheduled time. Eventually, Flex Houseparents transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where you will build deeper connections with the same group of students in a dedicated student home.

• Salary: $44,768.00 per person (totaling approximately $168,000 for the couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth is essential
• This position is exclusively for couples who are legally married for at least two years
• Both partners must be 27 years of age or older
• Only up to three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no ******* permitted while on duty
• Pet policy includes only fish and one dog of approved breeds
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans
• Comfort in leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing is prohibited)
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exemplary integrity and professionalism, as staff serve as role models for students
