Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a down-to-earth, good-vibes mentor who gets young people. Someone who can show up, have a laugh, be a safe adult, and help young people level up in life.
If you can talk footy, build a Lego set, hype someone up before a job interview, or patiently help a young person learn to catch a train — you’re our kind of person.

No corporate jargon. No confusing buzzwords. Just real life stuff:
Hanging out with young people and being a positive bloke in their world
Supporting them with day-to-day skills (cooking, budgeting, getting around, goal setting)
Taking them out into the community — gym, beach, movies, sports, local adventures
Helping build their confidence, independence and belief in themselves
Being reliable, being kind, and being someone they know they can count on
Keeping things safe, supportive and fun
Writing short session notes (we promise they’re quick!)
---
Who You Are
A good human with a genuine heart for young people
Someone who can have fun and set boundaries
Chill, patient, and able to go with the flow
A role model who leads by example
Confident around teens and young adults
Can work independently while still being part of a supportive team
Bonus points if: you're into fitness, gaming, cars, building stuff, sports, music, hiking or anything young people love
---
What You Need (the grown-up stuff)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening
First Aid & CPR (or willing to get it)
Driver’s Licence + reliable, safe car
