Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Welfare Officer to join our team at Cobram Secondary College.
The successful applicant will work closely with students, teachers and other staff members to provide support and guidance to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to students in need
Develop and maintain relationships with students, teachers and other staff members
Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support to students and families
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Working towards a university qualification in Social Work, Counselling or Youth Work
Strong commitment to wellbeing and educational outcomes for young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
