Responsibilities:
• Utilize your expertise in YouTube channel growth to develop and execute strategies that will drive subscriber growth, engagement, and overall channel performance.
• Take ownership of our channel's content calendar, ensuring its seamless execution and adherence to the brand's vision and voice.
• Conduct in-depth research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in YouTube optimization, algorithm changes, and audience behavior.
• Optimize video metadata, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and annotations to maximize visibility and discoverability.
• Analyze channel performance metrics, audience insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and engagement improvement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback on YouTube to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with our viewers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience and a strong track record in growing YouTube channels preferably within the agricultural or animal husbandry domain.
• A deep understanding of YouTube platform dynamics, algorithms, content optimization, and best practices.
• Strong marketing or content background, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage audiences effectively.
• Passion for agriculture, animal husbandry, or related fields, and a genuine interest in connecting with and serving farmers and individuals in the agricultural community.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
