YouTube Manager – Kikoo Club
Location: Remote / Bangalore | Part-time
About Us:
Kikoo Club is a fast-growing digital-first kids content brand creating joyful, educational experiences through music, stories, and playful animation. We’re now looking for a performance-driven YouTube Manager to lead channel growth and strategy.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for end-to-end YouTube channel management, including:
Planning and executing content publishing strategies
Optimizing videos for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and metadata
Coordinating with creative and post-production teams to manage content pipeline
Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (CTR, AVD, retention, RPM)
Driving audience engagement through community posts and comment management
Staying updated with YouTube trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Experimenting with new formats like Shorts, compilations, or live content
Identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
3–6 years of experience managing YouTube channels with clear growth outcomes
Expertise in YouTube SEO, analytics, and performance optimization tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ)
Strong creative instincts backed by data-driven decision-making
Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
Bonus: Experience in kids content or entertainment media
