Education : Graduate/Journalism/Theatre Purpose YouTube writers are experts in finding engaging ideas and creating a script that will hook viewers from the get-go. A decent writer will be able to recognize your unique voice and style and write your scripts accordingly. Were looking for amazing writers to bring ideas to life by writing scripts that will be presented on camera and animated by our editing team, then distributed to the world. Every script starts with research and also needs engaging visual elements written into the script itself, so were looking for rock star candidates who can bring a vision to life. Responsibilities Develop and brainstorm new ideas/concepts for the content for all active YouTube channels. Creatively writing content, narratives, scripts, and copy for all deliverables that connect with the desired audience and drive action. Collaborate with designers, social media manager, and other team members to produce the final product based on the written content. Conduct high-quality research to ensure impactful content which is aligned with different social media platforms Analyze the performance of content to offer suggestions for improvement. Ensure compliance with the laws and policies of YouTube (e.g. copyright) Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audiences attention Requirements 2 years of experience in writing marketing content, and scripts for YouTube. Creativity in making videos for Youtube Knowledge of online content strategy and creation Strong background and interest in writing with experience in simplifying/summarizing messages as well as writing dialogue Having a flair for creating high-impact or viral content Excellent time-management and organizational skill Proficiency in English & Hindi along with excellent writing skills Work well under pressure in an environment that is growing and changing Must be a workaholic.
