Your Responsibilities:
Thumbnail Creation - you're responsible for coming up with visuals and words that capture attention and create desire to watch our videos
Photography – strategize, set up and shoot the shots required to produce thumbnails for our youtube videos and short-form content
Photo Editing - Use photoshop to edit the thumbnails in a way that both adhere's to our brand guidelines & incentivizes a high click through rate
Use data to guide iteration – analyze performance and continuously improve based on real-world results
Creative Support - apply your skills elsewhere in the business to help support our creative team
Stay organized – keep project files, assets, and exports well-structured and easily accessible for the team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with content creation and/or graphic design, for YouTube and social media
Understanding of all social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok &
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Ability to work from our studio 3+ days per week
