We only need those persons who have good command on creating "Motion graphics in YouTube videos editing" like above creators mentioned. (Reference mentioned below in google-form).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Familiarize : Carefully review the reference videos given by clients to model their editing style. Pay attention to detail on everything in the reference video to familiarize yourself with the style, so you can implement that in our editing. Review files: Carefully review the raw footage if it's a talking-head video. And properly check the script & voiceover if it's a faceless video. See if everything is okay in the files and ask if anything is missing. Refining footage : Utilize industry standard video editing software's (Adobe Premiere Pro, After-Effects) to assemble and do color grading to create captivating binge-worthy youtube videos. Ensure smooth transitions, proper sequencing, and pacing. Audio Editing: Improve audio quality by adjusting levels, removing background noise, and syncing appropriate sound effects and music. Ensuring that the audio complements the visual elements of the video enhances the overall viewing experience. Sourcing : Source relevant B-Rolls videos, images, icons, etc data from stock footage sites, youtube videos, and other premium sites which are most relevant to the script and context to enhance the visual experience. Graphics and Titles: Incorporate visually appealing graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, and other engaging visual elements into our YouTube talking-head and faceless videos. Create and animate titles and captions that convey important information and increase overall viewer experience. Motion Graphics: Apply captivating visual effects, such as transitions, filters, and motion graphics, to enhance the visual impact of our videos. Use effects judiciously to maintain the video’s overall tone and style while grabbing viewer attention. Sound-Design: Implement effective sound-design in every video with relevant sound effects and music to keep the viewer hooked. Sound design should complement the video context and overall mood. Brand guidelines : Keep a strong eye on being consistent with color, font, theme style in editing of every client's channel. Storytelling and Narrative flow: Understand the intended message or story of the videos and ensure that the editing supports and enhances the narrative flow of videos. Utilize pacing, timing, and sequencing techniques to create a compelling and engaging video experience. Collaboration : Work closely with our team to understand the vision and objectives of each client’s video. Collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure the video aligns with desired outcome, incorporating feedback and suggestions to enhance the final product. Quality Control: Conduct a thorough review of edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adhere to platform specific requirements. Make necessary adjustments and revisions based on feedback or identified issues, ensuring the video meets high-quality standards. Time Management: Effectively manage multiple videos projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery. Efficiently utilize time to complete editing tasks, maintaining a consistent workflow. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with latest video editing techniques, youtube retention tactics, trends, editing software features, youtube copyright guidelines, etc to increase the overall impact of our every video project. Create Systems & Templates: Help the company to create smooth editing systems, training, and templates whenever needed to build a strong & efficient editing process.
