Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales executive in IT Telecom hardware showroom in Grant Road. with min 3 years of experience, would be responsible for:
- Should have knowledge of Telecom and IT products
- switches, Fiber cables, connectors
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services

Experience
- Min 2 years in Retails Sales.
Telecom products and IT knowledge is required.
