Oracle DB Developer
Reports to : Director-Technology
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 3+ years
Education : BTech/ BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science
Industry : Enterprise Software Design and Development
Primary Skills : Business process Understanding, Oracle Database Development like Triggers, Procedures, Complex views, Table, Constraints, Dynamic SQL, PL/SQL Collections
Certifications (Optional) : OCP
Required Experience :
- Must have expertise in Oracle PL/SQL as part of end-to-end DB development
- Must have executed more than 2 projects DB Development and implementation
- Must have experience with Toad/SQL Developer/Database object design and development
- Should have executed projects using Agile Scrum methodology
- Should be very well verse with current technology trends in IT Solutions e.g
Postgress SQL, NoSQL
- Must have good English communication skills
Non-Technical requirements :
- Should have good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills
- Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization and time management
- Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
- Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines
Responsibilities :
- Create, Test and validate data using trigger/procedures/views/packages etc as per the project requirement
- Understand existing process and augment per new enhancements
- Reproduce the defects as required by Dev team and collaborate on RCA
- Participate in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings
- Comply with defined processes and practices
- Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable assets/solution artifacts
- Provide feedback to junior team members and be a coach and mentor for them
