They will perform vendor related risk management process responsibilities promptly and monitor the service relationship via KPI reporting and tracking - The Vendor Management Specialist closely collaborates with Procurement, the business and the respective Vendor Manager - Vendor Management Specialist supports and advises the business on the best possible design of the service relationship. They will identify process gaps or inconsistencies and propose appropriate mitigating actions to drive efficiencies for areas (or vendors) within their remit - the Vendor Management Specialist ensures compliance with the applicable policies, procedures and key operating documents - Experience and Knowledge in reference to Contracts and dbTPRM tool will be added advantage.
