Job Description
As a Zendesk Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating and communicating Zendesk processes and features across operations. We're looking for a team member to help run Zendesk and make sure that we capitalize on the full features and benefits of the system. You will actively drive the product vision for Zendesk, understanding the needs of the end users with working closely with stakeholders across the company. The Zendesk Admin is also responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Zendesk instance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build and support Zendesk processes and workflows in an already matured and existing environment
• Automate Zendesk tasks to support our internal departments and Enterprise level clients
• Provide some technical support relating to our internal applications, including trouble shooting and system update related errors
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Development, IT Implementations and Operations
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
• Assist in training of new users and growth of the Zendesk skill set across the organization
• Design Zendesk to handle multi-tiered correspondence
WHO YOU ARE
Education
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in related field of Technology
Requirements and skills
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Tech savvy with a developer's mind set. You are business oriented and keen to a positive customer experience
• Good in configuration, systems integration, and testing
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Team player, excellent at building relationships within your team and across teams
• Thrive in situations where you can think critically, anticipate issues before they arise and proactively suggest big-picture solutions
• You’re able to thrive in fast-paced high performing environments and enjoy this challenge
• You have excellent English (both written and spoken) to communicate with technical staff and business owners, to give your opinion and listen to others in a collaborative environment
• Ability to increase the potential of the team, while ensuring work life balance
