We are looking for an Senior Executive – Customer Service that will handle the following :
• After sales personnel get final confirmation from client regarding shipments, rate filing is done from our end to trade / commercial desk for rate confirmation.
• After rate has been confirmed from trade desk, booking is been issued to customer sending booking request to back office with rate reference no.
• Sending feeder voyage creations of upcoming new vessels to Voyage creation team for smoothly issuance of bookings. Coordinating with counterparts / agents for FOB leads and nomination shipments with regards to rate approvals, vessel planning.
• Route creations for any special cases OR if service call changes as per BU. same needs to be send to BU for approval for getting ease in booking issuance.
• Sending approvals for special cargos like OOG, HAZ & Flexi shipments according to trade and as per client’s requirements subject to company procedures.
• Follow up with back office with regards to delays or customer’s requests if they are not getting replies from them. Follow up with back office with regards to manifest corrections after manifest has been files and correction OR rates amendment requests has been recd. from customers / agents. Also replying to B/O queries raised from them within set deadline.
• Sending daily booking reports of all the services to concern desks for daily updations to trade desks and to get to know facts and figures of upcoming vessels.
• Projections have been provided to Capacity desk on daily basis for all the services Ex. Pipavav & Mundra.
• Sending CBF of all the services to VOA, Partners as per tentative loading figures and as per set deadline.
• Follow up with Clients / Operation personnel for non receipt of shipping bills.
• Preparing PLAN Lists of services to concern desk for loading of the units considering shipping bills , gate in status of units.
• Sending CS Monthly report to Manager for reviewing cases that happened in a month to review.
• Sending MT requisition reports to MT desk for invoice generation of slots that has been used with regards to services / slots used from VOA.
• Following up with Customer with regards to VGM & getting the system updated
