Description
Manage all accounting transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely publication of financial statements.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings promptly.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate records.
Ensure timely bank payments and manage cash flow effectively.
Compute taxes and prepare accurate tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements for financial analysis.
Generate reports on the company's financial health and liquidity.
Conduct audits of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles
Knowledge of TDS, Telly Prime, Income Tax & GST
Experience in filing TDS and GST returns.
Proficiency in Busy or QuickBooks accounting software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Medical field background (an advantage)
Proficiency in ZOHO Books (additional advantage)
Excellent communication skills
