Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Consultant located in Pune. The Zoho Consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to meet client requirements. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, designing tailored solutions, providing support and training to users, and ensuring successful integration of Zoho applications with existing systems. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate closely with clients to optimize and enhance their Zoho solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications
• Experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Zoho solutions
• Expertise in system integration and data migration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with clients in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
