Job Description: Zoho CRM Developer
Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 Years experience with ZOHO
Must have:
Should have worked on Zoho CRM/ Sales IQ/ Zoho CRM Sandbox (Zoho Apps - CRM, Desk, Analytics, Campaign, SalesIq).
Functional and technical understanding of zoho application.
• An experienced developer working with SQL and Deluge scripting language
Writing custom functions, basic integration, perform testing and debugging the functionality.
Should have worked with a CRM (Sales) Team of 50 members.
Prepare Customized Management Reporting Dashboard.
Experienced in building workflows and automation in zoho
Experienced in third party application integration
Act as internal zoho support to troubleshoot queries/issues
Knowledge of creating , Testing and Consuming API's
Planned, implement and manage process change initiatives with respective departments heads.
Strong problem solving skill
Good to have:
Third party integration (Whatsapp /Telecallers /Analytics).
Knowledge of any language PHP, Python, Node Js, JAVA, C#
Multi-channel integration.
End to end sales process (Lead--opportunity--contract).
Create customized dashboard for presenting it to senior management.
Strong communication skills.
