• Hands-on experience in customisation, automation, and integration

• Experience with Zoho ecosystem tools like Zoho Flow, SalesIQ, Campaigns, and Analytics is a plus

• Work closely with business teams to develop and customize CRM and Creator apps
• Automate processes and integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools
• Ensure scalable and efficient CRM architecture for business operations
