About Book My Task (BMT):
Book My Task is a Mumbai-based digital service platform offering on-demand professionals for residential and commercial maintenance, cleaning, remodeling, and lifestyle services. Established in 2014 and now undergoing rapid transformation and scaling, BMT is leveraging digital tools and automation to streamline operations and customer experience.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to lead the optimization, customization, and implementation of the Zoho One suite to align with Book My Task’s growing business needs. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient use of Zoho applications across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and customize Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Flow, People, Campaigns, Inventory, Creator, Desk, and others) to streamline BMT's operational workflow.
• Develop custom modules, workflows, scripts (Deluge), automation, and APIs to integrate Zoho with internal and external platforms.
• Analyze current business processes and configure Zoho modules to align with the operational and customer service objectives of Book My Task.
• Ensure end-to-end implementation of Zoho solutions from planning to execution and support.
• Provide effective in-house training and documentation for key associates and department leads on module functionality and best practices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements in Zoho systems.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, sales, HR, and marketing teams to identify needs and deliver customized Zoho-based solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho One platform.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Books, Campaigns, Flow, People, and other key Zoho modules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of conducting user training sessions and creating SOPs/manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SaaS integrations, webhooks, and custom dashboards.
• Previous experience in service-based industries or startups.
• Zoho Certifications are a plus.
